STUDIO INFORMATION/THE SPACE ON 6TH - STUDIO RENTAL

My amazing studio is located in the heart of historic downtown Lafayette. The newly renovated space is bright, clean, and absolutely gorgeous!

Full of amenities for all clients, I have a consultation and design area with a large screen TV, luxurious seating, and a private bathroom. The studio also offers custom-built backdrops and floors, exclusively available to my clients and studio renters.

For photographers, there are a variety of monthly and hourly rental options. Included for renters are strobes, light modifiers, backdrops, boom, and stands, and a bed. For newborn photographers a full array of props, wraps, tiebacks, and outfits are available. A sound system is also available to play music or white noise during sessions if needed.

Street parking available. Please note: there is a two hour limit from 7am-5pm weekdays. If you'll be with at the studio longer than two hours it's recommended to park on north 6th past North Street.

HOURLY

Hourly rental is $40/hour (two hours minimum). There is a one time per year $50 membership that is waived for all 12 month contracts.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Studio rental is available to established professional photographers on a case by case basis. Some photography props, outfits, and blankets in the studio may be used by anyone renting the studio. Photographers are encouraged to bring their own props, outfits, and blankets. All items will be returned to their original locations at the end of each session and the studio cleaned up.

Rental times should include setup and cleanup time. A two hour minimum is required for all hourly renters.

A yearly $50 membership fee is required. This fee is waived for 12 month contract renters.

A discount on all mentoring services is given to members.

Renters agree to abide by the health and safety protocols put in place by Velvet Lotus Photography.
